Staged testing with Sacramento Fire Departments proved
flow test with the CheckMateTM in-line filter system
will deliver the same pressure/gallons per minute as
traditional style FDC. Fire truck discharge pressure of
110 psig at 1500 rpm resulted in a 900 gpm measure by
a pitot tube instrument on 6-14-2005

• 4 Port CheckMateTM FDC's are designed to keep debris away from the passage way of high pressure water flow:
  - 6" diameter pipe hold a minimum of 98 cubic inches of debris
  - 8" diameter pipe hold a minimum 120 cubic inches of debris.
  - 10 " diameter pipe hold a minimum 1cubic foot of debris
• Objects as large as tennis balls have been found inside a traditional FDC. With the CheckMateTM filter system debris 1/8" in diameter up to the size of a tennis ball is eliminated.
